AI Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the acceleration of AI adoption by spearheading integration initiatives in partnership with our core technical and sales teams.
Innovate and Implement: Utilize your deep understanding of AI, ML, NLP, web technologies, and API development to innovate and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Close cross-functional collaboration with our technology leader to ensure development efforts are in line with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
Advanced data science and mathematical skills (e.g. PhD in computational modeling, machine learning, statistics, computer science)
Minimum of 3-5 hands-on years of experience in software development and/or research, with a focus on AI, ML, or NLP, preferably in a tech/SaaS environment.
A foundational understanding of AI models and their applications/use cases.
Knowledge of how full-stack SaaS products work, scale and perform.
Expertise with cutting-edge technologies such as transfer learning, unsupervised feature generation, meta-learning, generative text models, computer vision, sensor fusion, or reinforcement learning.
Proficient in deep programming to implement solutions in production.
Experience defining and leading large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret information.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area/ or Poland, Warsaw Nice to have:

ETL Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Optimize Data Systems: Design and implement robust data pipelines to support our marketing and product initiatives. This includes extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources.
Analytics and Insights: Develop our algorithm to label all DeFi transactions accurately.
Automation and Performance Tracking: Automate data workflows and integrate machine learning models to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Select appropriate KPIs and develop systems to track these metrics effectively.
Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize our services to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with the backend team and CTO to enhance data architecture and server functionality.
Budget and Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget for data operations and make decisions on resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of data solutions.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with the marketing team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategies.
Innovation Advocacy: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Web2 technologies, DeFi ecosystems, and emerging trends to drive innovation within our data practices.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Data Engineer with a strong track record in data system design, implementation, and optimization.
Technical Expert with demonstrated proficiency in TypeScript or Python, and a solid foundation in related testing frameworks like Jest or PyTest. The ideal candidate should possess excellent SQL skills, extensive experience with key AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and AWS Lambda, and have a proven track record in developing and maintaining machine learning models, preferably with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with data ingestion pipelines and familiarity with tools such as Apache Kafka or Apache Airflow is highly desirable.
Understanding of DeFi: While not coding in Web3, a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem is essential to navigate and manipulate related data effectively.
Data Driven: Proven ability to set up and manage KPI metrics tracking platforms.
Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, capable of leading projects and mentoring team members.
Innovation and Adaptability: Passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Crypto Marketer
As the Armor Wallet community and content marketeer, you will work directly with the Marketing Director to drive content development and community growth while learning more about web3 trading and investing. Your role will encompass:
Content, Thought Leadership, Press, Events:
Manage the content development sprint
Source thought leadership opportunities and content
Build and manage press roster
Plan, coordinate, and moderate online and live events
Community:
Drive the social posting schedule
Help build and manage communities across multiple platforms
Moderate and engage with communities
Identify and qualify ambassadors, KOLs, etc.
Operational Excellence:
Leverage AI to automate community moderation and social posting
Run and summarize data analytics reports
Collaborative Approach:
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams

Ambassador Program
Community is everything, and we need to make sure that the start of this process is done with as much care and consideration as we have put into the wallet design and AI training models.
Our community consists of six classes in the Order of the Green, all are responsible for different tasks and we will have different skill sets to bring to the community. All skills are welcome.
